Damaged Packages - Please inspect your items upon arrival!

If a package arrives in a damaged state from the carrier, please notify the carrier upon recept. Please inspect your items immediately and report any damages to S&S Industrial Surplus right away. S&S Industrial Surplus is not responsible for damaged packages that are not reported to them within 48 hours of delivery.

Gurantee and Return Policy

Items are guaranteed to not be DOA for replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving. Items are sold as pictured, however the item you receive may not be the exact one pictured when multiple items are listed. Please ask any questions before your purchase; be as specific as possible.

• We offer 30 day money back guarantee if you receive an item that does not match our item description, buyer will not be responsible for return shipping in these cases.
• If an item was ordered in error we will accept returns up to 30 days from date of delivery, but buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping.
• Returns must be received within 30 days from day of delivery.
• If you wish to return an item, please call us at (833) BUY-SSIS or (989) 391-9037 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Items sold as Parts Only condition are sold AS IS. The item guarantee and return policy do not apply to Parts Only items. They are non returnable and not guaranteed.
